Institutepre-universityeducation: RMAT College - Serramazzoni School, College of Tourism, Management and Hotel Service provides training in the following specialties: management, organization of service in the service sector, hotel service, tourism. Schoolchildren are offered training in specialized classes under the programs: “Design of the architectural environment”, “Ecological activities in the field of tourism”, “Fundamentals of the hotel and restaurant industry according to the Vatel - RMAT program”, “Fundamentals of tourism activities”, “Fundamentals of tourist and excursion activities”. There are three-month preparatory courses. Graduates of the institute receive a standard certificate and preferential right to enter the Academy.

Graduates receive a state diploma in accredited areas and specialties, and are provided with assistance in finding employment.
Students are allowed to participate in foreign internships and defer military service during their studies in accordance with current legislation.
The Academy has 25 branches in Russia and CIS countries.

The Russian International Academy of Tourism (RMAT) was founded in 1969, when the Central Tourist Courses of the Central Council for Tourism and Excursions of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions (CSTE All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions) were created.

Key dates in the history of RMAT:

1969 - “Central Tourist Courses of the Central Council for Tourism and Excursions of the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions” (founding of the future academy)

1981 - The courses were renamed and upgraded to the “Institute for Advanced Training of Workers of Tourist and Excursion Organizations of the Central Council for Tourism and Excursions of the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions”
