(structural subdivision Pentagon) placed an order for a large-scale sociological study of Russian nationalism, which is planned to be completed before April 2017. Data collection will be entrusted to Russian-speaking employees of the US Department of Defense, who will compile a questionnaire of 55 questions related to the problems of nationalism and the attitude of citizens to the history of the 20th century.

What for? What are Washington's goals?

The answer lies on the surface - to destabilize Russia through the national question.

Convinced of Once again that they do not understand anything in Russian nationalism, the Westerners again began to collect this hellish "Rubik's cube". It is no secret that in order to provoke conflicts, they usually try to hit two Achilles' heels - the socio-economic situation and ethno-confessional contradictions. Since this technology works in other countries, then, our opponents believe, sooner or later it will work in Russia.

After all, foreign gurus of "non-violent" resistance believed in the universality of this model and are still persistently trying to create conditions for an alliance in which the liberals are the management company, and the nationalists are the near-football power "ram", street fighters to seize administrative buildings. In the Urals, in Siberia, in the Far East, the protest potential is being actively tested. Yekaterinburg - a prime example. This is especially important to understand, as it remains possible that, in an attempt to destabilize the situation before the elections, the interested parties will continue to artificially stir up the protest mood among the broadest masses. At the same time, relying on groups within the system, which for some time now have been called the "sixth column", which includes, among other things, influential figures - from the leadership of universities to big business, parts of regional and federal elites, etc.

Recently, a scandalous video has been circulating on the Internet, in which the second person from the PARNAS list in the Duma elections, Vyacheslav Maltsev, his confidant Dmitry Demushkin, and the secretary of the Russovet public association, Yuri Gorsky, discuss preparations for a coup in Moscow. “On the 4th we leave for Lyublino, on the 5th we finish in the Kremlin,” sums up Demushkin, who is quoted by the REN TV channel. From the video it becomes clear that the "revolutionaries" are planning actions dedicated to the celebration of the Day national unity, November 4th. Maltsev promised Russia a new revolution with the exact date of November 5, 2017. Today they are trying to make “05.11.17” a meme and a brand. A well-known technique is revolution branding.

Recall that following the results of the Duma elections held on December 4, 2011, the leaders of the extreme right took an active part in the protests in Moscow and St. Thus, the alliance of neo-Nazis with the non-systemic "liberal" opposition was strengthened.

It is curious that the former acted as a ram force, doing “dirty work” for the pseudo-liberals: after the closing of polling stations, at 21.00 Moscow time, an unauthorized action of the “Russians” movement took place. In accordance with the standard algorithm prescribed in Gene Sharp's pamphlet "198 Methods of Nonviolent Action", a statement was circulated not to recognize the results of the vote. The extremists even demanded the creation of parallel bodies of self-government, and one of their leaders, Alexander Belov, announced the start of the "Putin, go away!" campaign.

Two years later, these slogans will be developed on the Kiev Maidan.

At that time, liberal media journalists called the protests the most massive opposition rally since 1993, after which clashes with the police took place in Lubyanka. After all, the specificity of the technology is the rapid transfer of protest from the social plane to the political one. The main thing is to be able to "saddle" people's indignation in time and quickly and manage the street.

What now? Upgrade, update and version 2.0?

Especially taking into account the possible involvement in the organization of the riots of Russian citizens participating in punitive operations in Ukraine as part of gangs.

The paradox is that we are dealing with a political technology that spreads like a virus. They start by juggling sensitive for Russian society issues of ethnic crime and illegal labor migration, scoring points, and then they will encourage separatism in the North Caucasus, the Volga region and the Urals. The old fun of American congressmen comes to mind - Captive Nations Week, which has been held with great fanfare since 1953. The Americans have already “liberated” Ukraine, Georgia, Syria, Libya and Yemen. Now they are preparing to take on Russia. We faced separatism in the 1990s. Nobody wants to go back there. Although in the Urals and Siberia they are again trying to rock society by manipulating the term "federalization".

The Russian people, of course, is a state-forming one, and the Russian language is the main cultural bond not only of the peoples of Russia, but of the entire post-Soviet space, the Russian world. Not in terms of ethnicity, but in the sense of belonging to the Russian civilization. Our entire history testifies to this - from Russia to the Russian Federation.

However, those who call themselves nationalists are cunning, offering to build " nation state". They deliberately omit the fact that Russia's political landscape has always been multinational. These pseudo-nationalists are tools in the hands of foreign political technologists. In order to block with non-systemic pseudo-liberals who do not hide their affiliation with foreign network political agents, a Russian nationalist must absolutely disrespect himself, compromising his own reputation (if any), betraying his views, political position and supporters. If political figure admits the very possibility of becoming an element of polished Western technology, the purpose of which is to inflict damage on the Fatherland and its people, then he has no right to be called a patriot. This is nothing more than expendable material thrown by Western political strategists into the furnace of the next project. History does not forgive mistakes.

"What is destabilization?" - so any person who at least occasionally turns on the TV and stumbles upon the release of the Vremya program can ask himself. News broadcasts love clerical language, so you still need to understand these delights in order to be in trend.

Stability and its lack

Everything is quite simple. The prefix "de" refers to the elimination of the feature that is being claimed. For example: "Activate access codes" or "deactivate bomb". On the one hand, we set something in motion, and on the other hand, we immobilize it. Of course, this is not a Slavic tradition, we have different prefixes, and in English such word formation is found all the time. In general, English is grammatically much simpler than Russian. It is clear that the last statement is trite, but it is worth mentioning anyway.

Therefore, in order to answer the question of what destabilization is, it is necessary to understand the essence of stability. Let's turn to the explanatory dictionary. Our irreplaceable friend and colleague advises first to consider a related adjective. So, stable is "strong, stable, permanent". Thus, a noun of the same gender captures some stability and constancy. When the harmful prefix "de" is added to the word "stability", it introduces a little imbalance and chaos into the situation. This is how the situation becomes unstable.

Synonyms

Words and phrases that can replace one or another concept serve as a bridge from the known to the unknown and alleviate the pain and stress of assimilation of new information. Therefore, we will not violate traditions and neuroticize the reader. The list of synonyms is not so extensive, but nothing can be done about it. Here it is:

  • undermining;
  • shock;
  • loosening;
  • randomness.

Looking at the list of substitutions, one might well ask oneself, "Why don't politicians use the above words?" This question is easy to answer. The world is in a hurry English language and its borrowings help to save time spent on transferring information. In addition, the concept of "destabilization" sounds correct and vague. Compare, for example, with synonyms (partial, of course) "loosening", "shock", "undermining". Streamlined language is what diplomacy lives on.

Gadgets and destabilization

Theory is great, but in order to answer the question of what destabilization is, it is necessary good example. Imagine a school that is capable of self-government. That is, it is not headed by officials, but by the parent council. And then one day, not so beautiful, children bring gadgets to school, and problems begin: students lose attention, they are distracted by toys. In addition, those children who do not have tablets, phones and other electronics begin to whine and ask their parents to close the gap between rich and poor and purchase basic necessities, from the point of view of the child. Parents cannot agree with the demands of the children, therefore, an emergency meeting of the parent committee is urgently convened, the governing body of the school decides: “No gadgets at school!” Electronic devices acted as a destabilizing factor in the classroom, so the parents made the only right decision. And the fact that people are unequal, let the children learn later.

We hope that the journey into the world of clerical language was not too boring, and we managed to answer the question of what destabilization is.

The appearance of a US military base in Niger could lead to global implications for the region.

The United States is building a military base near Agadez, Niger. According to Western media, the United States is fulfilling the order of the government of an African state.

These facilities will house military equipment made in the United States. We are talking about American fighters, drones and other types of strike weapons. According to the established plans, the commissioning of the base is scheduled for 2019. The amount of funds that were spent on its construction amounted to about 110 million dollars. In addition, according to one of the US Air Force officials, another 15 million each year will have to be paid to maintain it.

The Western press, covering this, writes that American UAVs, which will be on duty in the region, will be able to attack Al-Qaeda 1 or Islamic State 1 terrorist groups that continue to carry out their criminal activities in the countries of North and West Africa .

The US military emphasizes that thanks to the new base, the efficiency of intelligence exchange between the states of this part of the continent will increase several times. This will allow more prompt resolution of regional security issues.

However, there is a risk that the United States, building this military facility, is pursuing completely different goals. In particular, with his help, they can destabilize the situation in the region, and subsequently turn Africa into their colony.

This opinion is shared by political scientist, candidate of historical sciences, deputy director of the Institute of History and Politics of Moscow State Pedagogical University Vladimir Shapovalov, who was interviewed by Newinform.

The specialist notes that Washington is making a lot of efforts in Africa, including the military sphere. The construction of an American base in Niger is bright to that proof. Now in the world there are about a thousand such objects located in the territories of dozens of countries. At the same time, their number continues to grow in Europe, Asia, and now in Africa.

Shapovalov expressed the opinion that in this way the United States seeks to strengthen its economic and political interests, while weakening competitors. Washington sees how China is actively developing its presence on the continent, which has concluded a number of economic projects with many states. Interest in Africa is growing among Russia, which is striving to establish both economic and political cooperation. For this reason, the US intends to tighten its presence by choosing a military path.

The construction of a military base in Niger, according to the expert, can lead to destabilization of the situation not only in the African state, but throughout the region. Shapovalov stressed that the strengthening of the United States in this country poses a serious threat due to the existing difficulties in ethnic and confessional terms. The presence of the US facility will only exacerbate the situation, the specialist added.

1 Terrorist organization whose activity is prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation

Revolutionary protests, economic sanctions, embargoes on goods and products - all these are answers to the question: what is destabilization? In addition to global changes, less significant events may occur, but they also relate to the concept of a deliberate act to cause damage.

Use of the word

Any situation in society, nature, economy, politics can be destabilized. The main meaning of the word lies in the violation of stable ties, established opinions, calmly flowing chemical reaction. Often, such expressions describe the disruption of the positive growth of the currency, product prices, and stock prices.

  • A provocation aimed at undermining the current government. Discrediting the ruling elite through armed clashes.
  • Intervention in economic processes leading to a sharp change in the course. The market is artificially shaken, pursuing personal goals. So, in 2014, in Russia, a change in the exchange rate of the dollar against the ruble was forcibly caused, which ultimately led to the enrichment of a small group of people.
  • The indicator of relations in 2014-2016 between Russia and Ukraine perfectly shows what the destabilization of the whole region is. Violation of historical trade between countries and existing economic ties for the sake of deriving benefits for NATO countries.

Economy

The loss of stability in the region leads to a decline in market relations, and there is a double benefit for third parties: economic and territorial. The actions of terrorist groups and gangs show what destabilization is. loosening existing system violates the integrity and stability of all components of the country.

More often concept destabilization used with the word benefit. That is, the semantic meaning of the word contains a long process, thought out to the smallest detail, aimed at obtaining the opportunity to use the situation for one's own purposes.

Personality

In the works of psychologists, the expression is often used: factors of destabilization of gender identity. That is, the conditions under which a person's worldview is disturbed. There is a gradual loss of one's personality under the influence of technogenic conditions, a sharp change in living conditions, principles of work.

The described factors do not allow a person to adapt in time to the realities of the new world. Against the background of nervousness and a huge amount of information, the personality seems to dissolve. There is a destabilization of the inner space of the spiritual essence. As a result of negative processes, the world gets an empty shell, unable to think creatively.
