Exam results Unified State Exam. When will the USE results become known

How are the results of the exam

The USE results are assessed on a 100-point scale and are presented in a special "Certificate of the results of the unified state exam."

When assessing the results of the USE, the minimum number of test scores for each educational subject is established, confirming the mastering by the graduate of the main general educational programs of secondary (complete) education in accordance with the requirements of the federal educational standard of secondary (complete) general education. If the student scored less than the established minimum number of points (did not exceed the minimum threshold), then the exam is considered not passed.

The value of the minimum threshold is announced within 6-8 days after the USE in the subject in the main terms and 2-3 days after the USE in additional terms in July.

Unified State Exam Assessment Scale

When you complete tasks on the exam, for each correct decision, 1 or more points are awarded, depending on the difficulty. At the same time, a correctly completed task of part A or B is estimated at 1 point, part C - up to 4 points. The sum of these points is called the “baseline score” (PB). In fact, this is the number of correctly completed tasks.

    The number of minimum PB for different subjects may differ, for example:
  • math: 36 PB,
  • biology: 36 PB,
  • foreign languages: 22 PB.

But these are not the points that will be useful to you, for example, for admission to a university. They need to be translated on a 100-point scale. This is the so-called "test score" (TB).

TB assesses the student's level of preparedness. It depends on the level of complexity of the tasks performed on the exam. The final score is determined by this score. The maximum test score on the exam in any subject: 100 points.

The primary score is converted to a test score according to a special formula.

How the Unified State Exam affects the receipt of a certificate

The basis for the issuance of a secondary education certificate to a graduate is satisfactory USE results, that is, the number of points is not lower than the minimum threshold in compulsory subjects (Russian and mathematics). In this case, the graduate receives 2 documents: a school certificate and a certificate of the results of the USE.

The final marks are set in the certificate according to the traditional 5-point system, which are defined as the arithmetic average of the graduate's annual marks for grades 10-11 (12).

The USE results do not affect the final marks set in the certificate.

If a graduate has not passed the minimum threshold in one of the subjects - Russian language or mathematics - on the Unified State Exam in the main terms and during retake, then he will not be issued a certificate.

How and when you can find out the results of the exam

The USE results must be known to participants no later than 3 working days after Rosobrnadzor announces the minimum thresholds for each subject. Thus, no more than 12 days pass from the date of the exam. Most regions inform their USE participants earlier.

USE participants - current year graduates are issued certificates of USE results at an educational institution. The rest of the USE participants will find out their results where they received a pass to the USE: this is either the PPE in which they took the exam, or the education governing body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, local education governing bodies.

According to the current regulations, each constituent entity of the Russian Federation is independently responsible for informing USE participants about the results. In some regions, this information is available on the Internet for free. You can find out your results with an individual code (passport number, etc.).

  • Moscow and Moscow region: www.rcoi.net
  • St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region: ege.spb.ru

Lists of USE participants with their exam results are posted on information boards (at school, PPE, educational administration, etc.).

Validity of the certificate of the results of the exam

On November 20, 2013, letter No. DL-345/17 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation “On the effect of the USE results” was published.

"The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on the validity of the results of the unified state exam received before the entry into force from September 1, 2013 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ" On Education in the Russian Federation "(hereinafter - the Federal Law), informs ...

According to part 2 of article 70 of the Federal Law, the results of the unified state examination for admission to training in undergraduate and specialist programs valid for four yearsfollowing the year of obtaining such results.

Consequently, admission to organizations that carry out educational activities for undergraduate and specialty programs is allowed based on the results of a unified state exam, confirmed by certificates of the Unified State Exam issued in 2015 and 2016, and valid until the end of 2019 and 2020, respectively.

The USE certificate after September 1, 2020 is valid for four years following the year of passing the exam. That is, the 2018 certificate expires in December 2022 and can be used for admission to universities in the period from 2018 to 2022. Consequently, certificates issued in 2019 and 2020 are valid through 2023 and 2024, respectively.

On March 14, in many Russian regions, a trial USE in mathematics of a profile level was held. This exam was conducted in accordance with all the rules of the state exam, according to which exams will be admitted in the summer and an early wave of the Unified State Exam is held these days. The purpose of the trial Unified State Exam was, among other things, to check the readiness of the regions for the beginning of the crucial period for passing the unified state exams, first by graduates of previous years, and then by graduates of the current year. Eleventh graders who took the practice exam are interested in how to find out the results of the test exam in mathematics in 2018 using their passport, what opportunities exist on the Internet.

Why is the mock exam in mathematics at the profile level missing from the official USE timetable?

Indeed, if we turn to the official schedule of unified state exams on the special USE portal, which is supported by Rosobrnadzor, we will not find there the concept of a training or mock exam. Despite the fact that many eleventh graders wrote this exam on March 14, 2018, there is no mention of it in the official schedule.

The point is that the training exams were held not at the federal level, but at the level of individual Russian regions.

So, if we turn to the news feed on the USE portal, then in the section with regional news we will find press releases stating that the test USE in mathematics of the profile level in 2018 was held, among other things, in the following regions:

  • Murmansk region - 2059 graduates wrote such an exam here,
  • Altai Republic,
  • Volgograd region - more than 3500 graduates,
  • Arkhangelsk region - more than 150 graduates,
  • Penza region,
  • Chechen Republic - over 500 graduates.

One of the goals of the early USE in mathematics is to check the organizational, technological and informational readiness for the USE in "combat" conditions. A week later, on March 21, an early wave of USE passing by graduates of previous years and some graduates of the current year started.

How was the practice exam

Let's pay attention to the fact that the participants of the training exam wrote exactly that version of the USE in mathematics, which is profile, that is, more complex. This version of the USE in a mathematical discipline has recently become an elective exam in Russia. The compulsory exam in mathematics is a basic level exam, a simpler exam that tests the required minimum of knowledge that all eleventh graders must have upon leaving school. The profile version is necessary for those who will enroll in physics and mathematics disciplines, programming, instrumentation, etc.

The exam was conducted in the same way as the exam will be held in the summer. Its duration was 3 hours 55 minutes. To get to the exam, you had to show your passport.

The exam tested the novelty of the Unified State Examination in 2018 - forms with questions were printed in the presence of eleventh graders. The assignments themselves were at this moment a surprise even for the members of the commission. In order for the secret to be fully respected, the jobs were received in encrypted form, the key was used immediately before the start of printing the jobs.

How to get acquainted with the results of the trial exam

Since the mock exams were not conducted centrally, but at the regional level, information on the results will not necessarily be available on the USE portal. However, first of all, you should go there.

To get acquainted with the results of the Unified State Exam in 2018, you need to go to a special page of the Unified State Exam portal or to the page of the corresponding service on the State Services portal. To enter, you need to enter your passport data, select the region of residence and agree to the processing of personal data.

If there is no training exam in the centralized database of the results of the training exam, you can refer to the list of regional portals where the exam results are published. Such a list is officially presented on a special page of the Russian Education portal. By clicking on the appropriate link to the website of your regional data center for the Unified State Exam, you will be able to familiarize yourself with both the points scored and a scan of your work, where all the marks of the examiner will be visible.

State certification after graduation from school is a solemn and very important moment. After the exam, I would like to know its results as soon as possible - after all, admission will depend on this. But how long do you need to wait for the results of the USE, OGE and GVE in 2018? And where can you find them out in the future? We have collected all the known information about the final exams from the school - the date of publication of the results, the place of receipt and everything that a future student needs!

Of course, I would like to quickly find out how many points a particular exam was written. But you have to be patient - you have to wait for the results for a long time. Due to the huge amount of materials, it will take a lot of time for reviewers to check everything, enter it into databases, send out and publish.

According to the regulations, the results of the USE, OGE and GVE will be gradually posted after about 14-16 calendar days. This applies to results at all stages. On the official website of the RSCI for everyone, specific days are indicated until which the commissions must send all the results. You can get acquainted with them below.

It is worth looking at the information about points on certification before. These dates are the deadline for all data to be published. Nobody said that they should not be hung up 1-2 days earlier, if the time and efforts of the inspectors allow it to be done.

Dates of publication of the results of the exam and GVE-11 in 2018

The following are the estimated days on which the USE and GVE scores in 2018 should become known:

The results of the GVE for eleventh graders and the USE held on reserve days in 2018 will be published on approximately the following days:

Naturally, the results can sometimes be given not day after day, but with a small difference: somewhere a little earlier, somewhere later. Much depends on the region - the further it is, the higher the likelihood of a slight delay.

As for the final essay or presentation. Its results must be published after 13 days from the date of writing.

Dates of publication of the results of the OGE and GVE-9 in 2018

The OGE and GVE held on the main days for ninth-graders should be published on the following dates:

If the exam is held on a reserve day, you should wait for the results by the following dates:

Publication of the results of the USE, OGE and GVE in 2018

The scores and summaries of the attestation carried out are sent to schools where students have taken it. In addition, the information is published on the portals that have received permission for this. For example, on the website of the mayor of Moscow. But for graduates of different years, the procedure and place of receipt may differ.

Where can the 2018 graduates find out the results?

For yesterday's students, the process of getting points for exams has been significantly simplified. Students who graduated from school in 2018 can get the information they need in several places at once:

  1. At school, where they were enrolled until the final grade inclusive.
  2. On separate sites. eg:
    • on the official portal (USE results),
    • on (OGE results);

As a rule, teachers receive the results of examinations that have come to the educational institution. They can also call and inform before the graduate himself gets to the school or website.

Thanks to this factor, some graduates will not even need to independently search for information about the exact moment of the publication of points. But not all teachers are ready to engage in informing, so you should not hope for a magic call.

Step-by-step instructions on how to find out the exam results

1. We go to the official website of the Mayor of Moscow. We go through the registration procedure:

2. After registration, go to the page of the service itself. We press "Get a service":

Where can I find out the results of graduates of previous years?

If a person graduated from school a few years ago, but suddenly wanted to pass the state certification (for example, to enter a university), or even came from another country, then the situation is somewhat different. Such a graduate is not assigned to any school. He independently applies for the exams.

Therefore, he will be able to get the results only in the department where he referred the application for participation in the exams. It is also possible that its results will be published on websites, so it is worth checking there too.

Who can find out the results

After the alleged publication of the necessary information, you need to get it somehow. But it is worth remembering that the points for the USE, OGE and GVE are strictly confidential information. It can only be obtained by those who are directly related to it. It:

  • the graduate himself;
  • parents of a graduate;
  • confidant of the graduate.

But for a reason. You must provide proof of the right to receive your own points, and for a family or proxies - in fact, documents certifying the fact of kinship or power of attorney.

What documents are needed

Fortunately, you will not need to collect a package of documents. In order to find out the results of certification, you must:

  1. Student passport.
  2. The parent's passport and, if the graduate is not included in it, the child's birth certificate.
  3. Passport of the trusted person and power of attorney confirming the owner's right and consent to receive the exam results.

In addition, when trying to find out points via the Internet, you will need a participant registration code. It is entered on the portal, and it is on it that the system will search for data on a specific person. However, in some places it can be replaced with a passport number.

How many years are exam results valid?

According to the recently updated legislation regarding this type of certification, the results of any state examinations will now be valid for 4 years, except for the year in which they were obtained.

Let's say a student passed the exam in 2018. Its results will be valid until 2022 inclusive. He has the right to use them for admission to a higher or secondary vocational educational institution at any time, until the points "burned out".

Terms of retakes of the Unified State Examination, OGE and GVE

Unfortunately, there is a chance simply not to pass the state certification together with classmates. A couple of points may simply not be enough. Or the result did not meet expectations, and I want to earn more to enter the university on a budgetary basis.

If you fail in one compulsory subject

In the event that a student has not mastered the delivery of one of the compulsory subjects, he has the right to retake it on reserve days. As a rule, these days come immediately after the main exams, that is, in the summer. Therefore, there will be time to prepare for admission in case of a successful retake.

If you fail to retake or fail two required exams

In this case, the situation becomes somewhat more sad. If both Russian and mathematics were not passed, or if the graduate managed to fail at the retake, he will be able to get another attempt only in the additional stage of certification.

This stage begins in the fall, after September 1. In this case, it will no longer be possible to enter a university or college this year, except for part-time studies. Or to a private educational institution.

If you have not passed the subject of your choice

In the case when the subject chosen by the student himself was failed, the retake will have to wait a whole year. It will be possible to retake such a subject only in the summer, along with all the other students.

After passing the exam, many school graduates and their parents ask themselves the question:

Where can I find the results of the exam?

Each constituent entity of the Russian Federation independently establishes methods for informing exam participants free of charge about the results of the exam.

Find out the results of the unified state exam, as well as incl. - essays on the Russian language, you can:

When can I find out the results of the exam?

In the regions, USE participants must be informed of their results no later than 3 working days after Rosobrnadzor announces the minimum number of points (minimum threshold) for each subject. 6 calendar days after the test are given to process the results of the exam in Russian and mathematics. Processing of USE results in other general education subjects (physics, chemistry, biology, geography, literature, history, social studies, computer science and ICT, foreign language) USE results should be completed within 4 calendar days after the corresponding exam.

Thus, participants will be able to find out their results in compulsory subjects (Russian, mathematics) at least 9 days after the exam, in elective subjects - after 7 days.

In regions with hard-to-reach and remote territories, the USE results may be announced a little later. However, the period for the announcement of the USE results in the Russian language and mathematics should not exceed 12 days after the exam, in selected subjects - 9 days, and the USE results in additional terms (in July) - 8 days.

Frequently asked Questions

  1. What is the "Registration Code" and where can I find it?

  2. The registration code is required to identify the participant of the exam, it is indicated on the pass of the exam. If you lose your pass, you must contact the place of issuance of passes for the exam at your place of residence

    If your data is not in the system, then there may be a problem with the spelling of the letter "e" in your name. From the point of view of the system "Semenov" and "Semyonov" are different people. Try different spellings.

  3. What are criteria?

  4. The assessment criteria for the assignment are used during the review of Part C of the participant's work.

    An assignment can have one or more criteria. The criteria are not applied to all tasks in part C. The number of points for the task is equal to the sum of points for all the criteria for this task. Detailed information on the assessment criteria is on the FIPI website

  5. What are primary and test scores?

  6. Primary score - this is the sum of points given for the answers to the tasks of all parts of the examination work.

    Test score Is the result of recalculation (scaling) of the primary score as a result to bring it to a 100-point scale.

    What score goes into the testimony? -Test.

  7. How long is the certificate of the USE results valid?

  8. By letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of November 20, 2013 N DL-344/17 "On the validity of the results of the unified state exam", it is explained that, according to the new Law "On Education" (which entered into force on September 1, 2013), the USE results for admission to studies for undergraduate and specialty programs are valid for 4 years following the year they were received.

    The previous law provided that the certificate of the results of the USE expires on December 31 of the year following the year it was received.

    In this regard, as of September 1, 2013, certificates issued after January 1, 2012 shall apply. Their validity period after September 1, 2013 is 4 years following the year of receipt.

    Consequently, admission to training in undergraduate and specialty programs is allowed if there are certificates of the Unified State Exam issued in 2012 and 2013. and valid until the end of 2016 and 2017. respectively.

What documents are needed for admission to a university

The procedure for admission to study in educational programs of higher education - bachelor's programs, specialist programs, master's programs for the 2015/16 academic year, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 839 dated July 28, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), established an exhaustive list of information specified in the application on admission, a list of documents submitted by applicants, as well as a list of requirements for these documents.

According to the Procedure, the applicant submits to the selection committee:

    statement;

    original or photocopy of identity document, citizenship;

    original (upon admission to target places - required) or a photocopy of a state-recognized educational document;

    4 photos (if you plan to enter the areas of training, in which additional entrance tests of a creative and (or) professional orientation, additional entrance tests of a profile orientation or entrance tests conducted by the university independently are carried out);

    documents confirming the benefits (if any).

The letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated June 22, 2015 No. AK-1687/05 "On the acceptance of documents from applicants for undergraduate programs, specialist programs, master's programs" specifically clarified that:

    the list established by the Procedure is exhaustive;

    all documents can be submitted in copies;

    certification of copies of documents is not required;

    no additional documents and information can be requested.

Procedure for those who apply based on the USE results:

    First, you need to carefully study the information on the number of passing points last year and first assess your own chances of admission.

    Submit copies of documents to 5 universities for 3 budget specialties in each. The originals of the documents remain on hand or are submitted to a priority university, or to the one where there is a high probability of admission. The next day (as a safety net), look for yourself in the competitive lists that are posted on the websites of universities.

    It is better to clarify the total number of budget places in each university for each specialty of interest. It consists of the number of places allocated for the general competition + places for target students + places for preferential categories of applicants. Fix the total figure. Let, for example, it will be \u003d 100.

    On July 27, universities open competition lists, i.e. on this day, you can already see your place in the ranking, the competitive scores of other applicants, the number of originals submitted, the number of olympiads who enter without entrance tests. However, it is still too early to draw any concrete conclusions from this. At this stage, the competition lists provide only a general idea of \u200b\u200bthe competitive environment.

    On July 30, universities publish orders for the enrollment of target students, preferential categories of applicants, Olympiads. Look at these orders and count how many people entered according to these documents. Let's say there are 30 people.

    Determine how many budget places are actually left for the general competition. To do this, subtract 30 from 100, and thus it becomes clear that 70 budget places are left for applicants based on the results of the exam (conditional figures from our example are given).

    See your place in the ranking. If this is a position from 1 to 70, with 99% certainty (1% for force majeure), we can say that if the originals are submitted on time (up to August 3, inclusive), you will be credited to 1 wave.

    In the period from July 30 to August 2, you closely observe the movement within the competition list for each university and specialty, in terms of determining the exact number of submitted originals. The lists on the websites of universities should be updated every day.

    On the evening of August 2, you finally decide where to carry the originals of documents (in the event that they were not taken earlier). At the same time, take into account the fact that in the first wave of everything (taking into account target groups, beneficiaries, olympiads), up to 80% of all budgetary places can be filled (in our particular case, this is up to 80 places, and in the second only 20% ( in our case, this is 20 places.) The criterion for making the final decision can be - the place in the rating, the number of originals handed over, the number of free places left after the issuance of the enrollment orders published on July 30.

    It should be borne in mind that the number of applicants who will keep the originals at home until the last may turn out to be large, and therefore, on August 3, there may be pandemonium in the selection committee from among those who brought the originals. This naturally can radically change the entire competitive situation.

    If you entered the 1st wave - congratulations! If this did not work out, continue to closely monitor the competition lists. At the same time, you mean that on August 3, orders will be issued on the enrollment of those applicants who entered the 1st wave. But this does not mean that all budget places that are reserved for wave 1 will be completely filled. It is possible that some of the seats will remain free, and, in this case, they will be transferred to the 2nd wave, i.e., in our case, they will be added to 20.

    Everything will become clear on this issue on August 3 in the evening. You just need to look at the enrollment orders and count the number of accepted applicants. Next, make elementary arithmetic calculations and determine the exact number of budget places that will be played out in wave 2.

    Further, you can act according to the algorithm set out in clauses 8 - 9 with the only difference that the process of monitoring the competition lists is conducted from 4 to 5 August, and the final decision on the originals (if they have not yet been submitted) is made on the 5th evening, because on August 6 the last day of acceptance of documents, and on the 7th, orders for the enrollment of those applicants who entered the 2nd wave will already be published.

Usually, from the moment the exam is written until the results are announced, up to two weeks (from 8 to 14 days).

How many days are the USE results checked

  • Data processing in the RSCI for compulsory subjects should not exceed 6 calendar days after the exam.
  • The processing of data in the RSCI for elective subjects should not exceed 4 calendar days after the exam.
  • Centralized verification at the Federal Testing Center should not exceed 5 working days.
  • The approval of the USE results in the State Examination Commission is carried out within 1 working day.
  • Within 1-3 days the results become known to the PPE, and hence to the USE participants.

Who checks the exam

After the Unified State Exam, the forms with the work of graduates are sealed and sent to the regional information processing centers (RCIO). During this period, your work is scanned by specialists and sent for machine verification of the tasks of the first part, and subject commissions are engaged in checking the tasks of the second part of the exam (with a detailed answer).

Each work is checked by two experts independently of each other and given points. The results are entered into the verification protocol and transmitted for further processing.

If the score of two experts is the same, then this result is final. If the scores differ, then the end result will be the arithmetic mean of the scores of the two experts rounded up. If the discrepancy is significant, then a check by a third expert is appointed.

After checking at the RTSOI, the work of graduates is sent for a centralized check to the Federal Testing Center (FTC) to check the answers of the exam participants with the correct answers and determine the primary and test scores of the USE.

Then the FTC transmits the results of the exam to the State Examination Commissions, which, after approval, distribute the results to the examination points (PES).
