Probably, it is this ability that is the fundamental stone of human intuition (from Late Latin intuitio - contemplation), the ability to comprehend relative truth by directly observing it without justification through evidence. The question of whether intuition is the only true means of knowledge has always been relevant.
In addition to the above, some practical results of using BLE for dowsing diagnostics of living and non-living people are proposed based on their lifetime black-and-white (two-dimensional) image on photographs taken for household or administrative purposes.
In June 1991, employee Ch. turned to a dowsing specialist with a request to conduct dowsing diagnostics using a photograph of his 17-year-old son, who, in a state of stress, left home and went missing.
Using a "Z" frame to trace the young man's photograph, it was revealed that he had suffered trauma in the past and suffered from the following underlying and associated illnesses:

In the subsequent conversation, Ch. fully confirmed all the listed diseases and injuries suffered by his missing son.
In addition, the specialist received (but for moral and ethical reasons did not report and left for control) information about injuries to the left side of the young man’s skull and torso, which could have caused his death. The person who asked for help was advised to look for his son in the area of one of the railway platforms near Moscow, where he was “in a difficult situation.”
A month later, the search measures taken established that the missing person had in fact died (a case of suicide) under the wheels of an electric train in the area of one of the suburban platforms. The nature of the injuries on the body of the corpse corresponded to the above dowsing forecast.
In December of the same year, internal affairs officer K. asked dowsing specialist L. to provide possible assistance in obtaining additional information about his 16-year-old daughter, who left home for college two weeks ago and never returned. By that time, the search measures taken had failed to establish what happened to the girl and where she was.
At the same time, a certain “clairvoyant”, whom K. had previously contacted, made a sharply negative forecast, saying that the girl was killed - strangled and her body thrown into one of the construction pits.
In K.’s absence, the following information was obtained from the submitted photo of the missing girl within about 5 minutes using a “Z”-shaped frame:
The wanted woman is probably alive;
The following abnormal zones are detected on her body:
a) the back of the head;
b) throat at the level of the tonsils;
c) genitourinary system.
Invited K. explained that his daughter is generally a healthy girl, but in the last period of time the following incidents occurred with her:
As a result of domestic negligence, the daughter fell from a stool and hit the back of her head on a steam heating radiator (injured);
About three weeks ago she had a sore throat that burst blood vessel, and a noticeable hemorrhage occurred, causing confusion among the household. At the time of disappearance, symptoms of the disease persisted;
It was on the day of the dowsing diagnostics that the girl was supposed to have her “period,” which is usually very painful.
After several days, the girl called and then came home in the company of new acquaintances.
In November 1992, a medical worker at one of the city hospitals, N., gave dowsing specialist L., through an intermediary, a photograph of her husband and asked to tell everything possible about him, because they, in fact, broke up, and there were no meetings for more than six months (no other information was reported).
Dowsing diagnostics of the man using his photograph gave the following results:

Due to the lack of financial resources to conduct the divorce process, he avoids contact with his wife and does not report his place of residence.

Is the ability to dowsing elite?

Let us note, however, that if the moral side of using dowsing in the above areas is in the formative stage and a dowsing specialist in difficult cases (especially those related to the fate of people), ultimately, and, as a rule, despite the result obtained, has freedom of choice form and content of the answer, then in the legal aspect this circle of relations seems unsettled.
An example was given above when a certain “clairvoyant” imposed and confirmed to a relative of a missing girl his opinion about the latter’s allegedly violent death, which, as was established, was in no way true, but could lead to dire consequences for the family.
A strong factor forcing citizens, in order to find missing persons, to turn to the help of persons who, again, allegedly possess clairvoyance of the past and future (retro- and proscopy), are the increasing cases of disappearances and unknown absence of citizens, mass vagrancy, population migration, secret abandonment permanent place of residence in order to find a decent income (including for the purpose of engaging in prostitution abroad), the problem of refugees from ethnic conflict zones and the armed conflicts themselves, accompanied by victims, both among combatants and civilians.
Naturally, in these conditions, it is much more difficult for modern “competent authorities” to solve the problems of searching for persons put on the local and federal wanted list. At the same time, it is precisely this circumstance that should encourage scientific thought to search for means and methods that facilitate the work of practitioners.
In conversations, some colleagues express a skeptical opinion about the possibility of using unconventional means and methods in the fight against crime, in solving forensic and other problems: they say that some attempts to work with people who had dowsing skills and promised success, in practice did not bring the desired result.
Let us note that any business succeeds when a specialist who is confident in his capabilities and skills works uninhibitedly, on the rise of mental and physical strength, creatively, when he is truly a master of his craft, able to comprehensively assess the features of the problem being solved, and competently choose the path to achieving goals, and maybe upset the unlucky customer with the advance refusal.
In the scope of application of BLE there are things that are controversial and indisputable.
Dowsing is the art of the possible, and one should not recklessly extrapolate the positive results of this practice to solve any problems, including those that are untenable and poorly supported in terms of imagery and information.
A dowsing specialist should be given only solvable tasks, which requires preliminary express assessments of a group of specialists independent of each other (using the so-called “Delhi method”) before the start of dowsing itself in complex cases. A superficial or consumerist attitude towards the use of dowsing can compromise the method being developed and lead to the unreliability of the result obtained.
Forewarned means forearmed, the ancients said, paying tribute to timely and reliable information.
Without difficulty, but with unknowns, the views and experiences of dowsing, gained over time, are put together into a theory.
When can a theory be considered scientific? - writes one of the remarkable scientists of our time. “There has long been a standard answer,” he answers, “science differs from pseudo-science in its empirical method, that is, by the method of scientific observations and experiments. However, one such answer cannot be exhaustive. Take, for example, astrology, which, strictly speaking, is not considered a science. Astrology operates with a huge mass of empirical material obtained as a result of painstaking observations and generalizations - astronomical and generic data, horoscopes and methods for their compilation, biographical studies, results of comparative analysis, ephemeris tables, body charts and methods for their description, traditional and software for targeted work .
It turns out that confirmed evidence should be taken into account only in those cases when it is the result of a real test of consistency and strength.
A theory that is not falsified by any conceivable event is unscientific, that is, fundamental falsifiability is not a virtue, but a vice. It is for this reason that the criterion for the scientific status of any theory is its testability and, as noted above, its fundamental falsifiability.
So, "falsifiability" is a field of science; “irrefutability” is the realm of faith.
Dowsing, retro-proscopy, as well as other amazing “tools” of folk insight, wisdom, acumen and skill that have survived millennia (if all these are not manifestations of the same thing) have long deserved the close attention of fundamental and departmental science. So, maybe it’s time to overcome rigidity and inertia, thoroughly explore the ancient folk “know-how” and put the best into the service of the Fatherland?

For handles, cut 2 pieces of aluminum or copper (brass, bronze) thin-walled tube 4 cm longer than the height of your fist. The tube, clenched in a fist, should protrude slightly at the top and bottom.
Make the actual frames. Cut 2 pieces. Since the frame will need to be bent into an L shape, calculate the length of the wire. The horizontal section should be approximately the length of your forearm, and the vertical section should be approximately the height of the already made handle. Bend the wire and insert it into the handle. Make the second frame in the same way.
Such frames can be used to search for both water and treasures. When working, hold the frames in two hands so that their horizontal parts are parallel. Keep your forearms horizontal. Bent elbows should not touch the body. When a search object is detected, the ends of the frames should turn towards each other and cross.
Frame for medical purposes and search and rescue work differently. Make a handle from a piece of plastic (textolite, ebonite, fluoroplastic or plexiglass) in the shape of a rod with a diameter of about 1 cm. Along the axis of the rod, drill a hole with a diameter slightly larger than the cross-section of the wire of the metal part of the frame and a depth of 3 cm.
Make the metal part of the frame. Take a piece of brass or bronze wire 15 cm long. Step back 3 cm from one end and bend the wire at an angle of 90°. Paste short part into the handle hole and check how the frame rotates. If the rotation is not free enough, process the metal required end of the wire with a file or sandpaper along the thickness and from the end. If necessary, shorten this section.
Bend the horizontal part of the metal frame in the form of a spiral spring around the pencil, making 3-5 turns. To prevent the coils from touching each other, slightly stretch the spiral, which should be approximately in the middle of the frame.
