Get busy to go crazy. “How to quickly go crazy: the strangest psychotechnics of our time. Don Juan's teachings

From time to time, chilling stories are published in the media about people who suddenly went crazy and committed terrible crimes or committed suicide. And almost every person over 30 years old can remember a similar story, heard from someone of his acquaintances or that happened directly with one of his friends or relatives. And watching on TV another story about a man attacking passers-by on the street, or a woman who harmed her own child, each viewer involuntarily wonders why people are going crazy and how to keep their sanity so that one terrible day does not become the hero of such news?

What is madness?

A hundred years ago, when psychology and psychiatry were just beginning to develop as sciences, the terms "insanity" or "madness" were used to call all possible mental disorders, ranging from and ending with schizophrenia, bipolar mental disorder and suicidal tendencies. Now, in official practice, these terms are not used, since psychotherapists who study, diagnose and treat mental disorders argue that inappropriate behavior, popularly called insanity, is a symptom of a particular mental illness.

In modern language, madness is the loss of the ability to adequately assess the world around us and behave within the framework of the norms accepted in society. However, this definition is incomplete, since there are a number of mental disorders that occur in different forms and manifest themselves in a variety of symptoms. But still by the nature of the course, modern psychiatrists distinguish the following three main forms of madness:

Depending on the frequency and severity of attacks, all mental disorders are divided into three groups in terms of severity: mild, serious and acute. Mild mental disorders, as a rule, are not too noticeable to others and are often attributed to the characteristics of a person's character, but serious and acute insanity can cause a real tragedy.

According to statistics, in the modern world, the most common mental disorders are depression, schizophrenia, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks, bipolar disorder and neurasthenia. Therefore, with a probability of more than 95%, people who, in the opinion of others, are crazy, actually suffer from one of the above diseases.

Why do people go crazy?

Mental illness can be either congenital or acquired. A congenital disease should be talked about when the diagnosis was made at an early age, and the child inherited the disease from one of the parents. As a rule, a tendency to schizophrenia and epilepsy, and sometimes to alcohol and drug addiction is transmitted at the genetic level. But still, more often people go crazy not because of the peculiarities of their DNA, but under the influence of external factors and life circumstances. And all the causes of insanity can be roughly divided into three groups: physiological and psychological.

Physiological causes

The physiological causes of insanity include all factors that can cause brain damage, as a result of which the functionality of the central nervous system will be disrupted and the human psyche will suffer. As a rule, the following reasons can lead to serious consequences for the psyche:

  1. Traumatic brain injury. After the trauma is experienced, certain parts of the brain may be affected and nervous activity will be impaired. The consequences of TBI in different cases manifest themselves in different ways and depend on which part of the brain has been affected: in some, coordination of movements is impaired, hearing and vision deteriorate, in others memory is deteriorating, and in others, schizophrenia develops, panic attacks occur, aggressiveness and tendency to tantrums, etc.
  2. Effects on the brain of chemicals. , drugs and certain medications can cause the destruction of neural circuits and dysfunctions of the brain. Depending on what functions have been impaired and how severe the brain damage is, a person can develop a mild or severe form of depression, paranoia, mania, neurasthenia, or another mental disorder.
  3. Age. In old age, few can boast of a healthy heart and blood vessels, and it is vascular disease that is one of the main causes of senile dementia. With atherosclerosis and other vascular diseases, the required amount of oxygen does not enter the brain and nerve cells die off, as a result of which the brain ceases to cope with all functions. Similar changes in the brain occur in Alzheimer's disease, which is commonly called senile marasmus.

Psychological reasons

According to psychologists and psychiatrists, up to 30% of residents of large cities are constantly in a state of chronic stress, which is also considered a borderline state of the psyche - that is, the mental state is no longer normal, but there is no serious disorder yet. Borderline states of the psyche are dangerous because, if present, even the most insignificant stimulus can become the "last straw" and serve as a trigger for mental illness. But the reasons due to which a person is on the "threshold" of madness, most often the following:

  • Constant failures
  • Burnout at work (workaholism)
  • Psychological trauma caused by an event that significantly affected a person's life (experienced violence, betrayal of a loved one, etc.)
  • Loss of what a person considered the meaning of his life (bankruptcy of a business due to the financial crisis, death of a child, dismissal from work, etc.)
  • Social isolation (loneliness and boredom)
  • Love addiction.

Whatever the causes of stress, the mechanism of development of mental disorders is similar in all cases. First, negative emotions accumulate, then at a certain stage sensitization develops (increased sensitivity to stimuli), and after a relatively short period of time, the human psyche loses its stability and flexibility. If a person does not turn to a psychologist in time or does not restore his psyche on his own, sooner or later he will have a nervous breakdown, manifested either by constant tantrums, increased aggressiveness and mania (in choleric and sanguine people), or melancholy and depression (in phlegmatic and melancholic people).

How not to go crazy?

No one is immune from stress and psychological trauma, however, it is within the power of each person to make sure that the risk of going crazy becomes minimal. But for this it is not enough to avoid conflict and stressful situations, because there are many factors that can cause madness. Therefore, psychotherapists argue that the best prevention of mental disorders is to take care of the health and functionality of your nervous system. And in their opinion, The following will help to maintain a stable healthy psyche for many years:

  1. Food is a source of macro- and micro-elements necessary for the functioning of all body systems, including the brain. With a lack of certain substances, malfunctions occur in the work of organs: for example, with a lack of B vitamins, a person becomes irritable, absent-minded and quickly gets tired, and a deficiency of any macronutrients leads to a breakdown, loss of performance and the development of harmful processes in all organ systems, in including in the brain. Therefore, food rich in vitamins and minerals will ensure that the brain receives all the substances necessary for stable functioning.
  2. Rejection of bad habits. Nicotine, alcohol and drugs are brain poisons that kill nerve cells and disrupt neural connections. Therefore, those who want to remain in their sanity and sober memory for a long time need to give up bad habits and not poison their body with their own hands.
  3. . Diseases transferred "on their feet" can give complications to the nervous system, as a result of which the functions of the brain will be impaired. It is especially important not to postpone a visit to the doctor if dizziness and migraine regularly occur, constant drowsiness and loss of strength are felt, coordination of movements and speech are impaired - as a rule, this is how the first signs of a pathological process in the brain appear.

  4. An optimistic outlook on life.
Optimists are much less likely to go crazy than pessimists, since they know how to find positive aspects in almost any event and tend to believe in the best even when the situation is far from the best. Pessimists, on the other hand, live in constant stress and anxiety, so they risk sooner or later "earn" depression, phobia or other mental disorders.
  5. Expanding the circle of friends. A person is a social being, and even introverts need people with whom they can at least occasionally communicate. But not only for communication, but also as a support and support, because the very realization that in case of trouble there will be someone to turn to for help can give strength to survive a traumatic situation.
  6. Constant self-development. Learning new information, looking for interesting activities and hobbies, self-improvement and mastering new useful skills - all this not only gives a feeling of happiness and fulfillment of life, but also allows you to train the brain and significantly slow down age-related deterioration of the central nervous system.
  7. Self confidence. A self-confident person with adequate self-esteem is much easier to cope with difficulties and experiences stress than people with low self-esteem. The reason for this is simple: someone who believes himself knows that he can ultimately find a way out of any situation and survive temporary difficulties, therefore, in difficult periods of life, self-confident people mobilize and make every effort to find a constructive solution to the problem. Whiners, on the other hand, experience severe stress at the slightest difficulty, fall into melancholy and depression.

Everyone wants to achieve happiness, success, wealth. Various psychotechnics will help you make your dream come true with a minimum of effort. Of course, if you believe their authors. And you need to believe them with great care.

Creative visualization

Founder: Wallace Watles

Major books: Wallace Watles "The Science of Getting Rich", Shakti Gawain "Creative Visualization: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Your Life", Neville Drery "Creative Visualization", etc.

Followers: ???

Creative visualization is a way that allows you to achieve what you want through the power of thought. If you think that everything is fine with you, everything will be fine with you, if you subconsciously wait for troubles, they will certainly find you. At the same time, creative visualization is aimed exclusively at yourself - you cannot force another person to do something using this technique. The goal of creative visualization is to remove psychological obstacles to your goal.

Creative visualization is practiced by many famous people, including Oprah Winfrey, Tiger Woods, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Drew Barrymore and Bill Gates.

Silva Method

Founder: Jose Silva

Major books: José Silva, Silva Mind Control, José Silva, You Are a Healer, Robert B. Stone, Getting Help from the “Other Side” Silva, Ed Bernd Jr. etc.

Followers: 6,000,000 from 110 countries.

The Silva Method was developed by Jose Silva in 1966. Initially, his goal was to improve the performance of his children in school, but eventually he began to develop a concept for anyone.

The essence of the method is to reduce the resistance of the human brain. Through meditation, a person can enter a certain state in which he can reprogram his brain.

In fact, the Silva method invites you to go into your own subconscious and remove bad habits, rewrite your thoughts, even heal from diseases.

The Silva Method has become very popular in the United States and English-speaking countries. Even after the death of the founder of the method, the Silva International organization continues to develop this psychotechnique.

Transurfing

Founder: Vadim Zeland

Major books: Vadim Zeland “Reality Transurfing. Stages 1-5 ”,“ Actor of Reality ”,“ Forum of Dreams ”, etc.

Followers: Zeland's books have been translated into more than 20 languages; in 2008, a transfer school was opened in Holland.

According to Zeland, our world consists of many branches of reality, and which of them a person goes on depends only on him. There are no accidents, because we ourselves subconsciously choose one way or another. The essence of transurfing is the ability to consciously move from one branch to another with the power of thought.

Let's say you are waiting for a bus that has been gone for a long time. If you think that you are late, and the transport has not yet arrived, it will happen. But if you start thinking that your bus is about to appear around the corner, then it will certainly drive up.

The more detailed your thought is, the more accurate the description of the "branch" of reality you need, the more likely you are to move to it. If not, you didn’t believe strongly enough and didn’t wait.

The teaching is extremely popular both in Russia and abroad. Another thing is that the passion for transurfing can be dangerous for a person. It's one thing to convince yourself that the bus is about to arrive, and another to try to heal without the help of medication or the intervention of a doctor.

Simoron

Founder: Petra and Peter Burlan

Main books: Vadim Gurangov, Vladimir Dolokhov "The Textbook of Luck"

Followers: The group of VKontakte followers alone has over 100,000 followers.

The word "simoron" means ... nothing. It was entirely invented by Peter and Petra Burlan in 1989, when they created a school of psycho-training, which was aimed at revealing the innate genius of each person, liberation from an endless circle of problem situations and states. The main tool of the followers of the Simoron school is their imagination.

The founders of the doctrine believe that they teach people everyday magic. The main thing for the Simoron school is to learn to fantasize and fill your mind with elaborate, often absurd images. The followers of the school strive to become children again, who are constantly amazed and learn about the world. In their opinion, a child's fantasy is wider than an adult's and allows dreams to come true. Like magic.

To date, there is only one official Simoron school left - Simoron Burlan-do. The rest were closed due to inconsistency with the authors of the doctrine, who jealously follow the copyright for the "everyday magic" of Simoron.

Book and film "Secret"

Founder: Rhonda Byrne

Major Books: Rhonda Byrne's "The Secret"

Followers: The book has been translated into 40 languages, selling over 19 million copies.

Released in 2006, the film "The Secret" has become quite famous not only in the United States, but also abroad. The film's producer Rhonda Byrne, in the wake of the popularity of the film, released a book of the same name with quotations. Quite a common success story, if you close your eyes to the fact that both the film and the book are based on revealing a method that, according to Berne, is capable of influencing the reality around you.

The Secret invites the viewer and reader to join, as the authors say, one of the most guarded secrets in history. With the help of the power of thought, you can materialize fears and desires, change your life and even heal. In our life, the law of attraction is constantly operating (not the one that caused Newton to get a bump). According to Berne, everything that is similar is attracted by him. Accordingly, bad thoughts attract bad events. Thinking good, you get good.

Many people liked this psychotechnique; Berne's book sold 19 million copies. But many still disagreed with the opinion of the authors of the film and book. The Guardian reporters considered the content of the film unethical, as it "... promotes disgusting ideas that the victims of disasters are to blame for everything."

Channeling

Founder: Supreme Intelligence

Major books: Walsh Neil Donald “Conversations with God (An Unusual Dialogue)”, Miller Denis “10 Practical Steps for Finding Solutions through the Inner Source”, Hicks Esther, Hicks Jerry “The Law of Attraction”, etc.

Followers: Polls have shown that one in ten Americans surveyed believes in this psychoactive technique.

Channeling is tricky. It is aimed at establishing a "communication channel" between a person, a medium, and some Higher powers, the Great Mind, which knows everything and is ready to share this knowledge free of charge. The contactee is only required to quickly transfer everything heard to paper or other media. If a person follows the teachings of the voices from above, then his life will become happy and easy, since he will be led through all obstacles.

Channeling adepts claim that it has been around for centuries. The practice of invoking the spirit of the dead and divination are mentioned in the legends and myths of many peoples. In the 18th century, mediumship and "talking with the dead" became fashionable. In the 21st century, channeling has again become a popular movement, with the difference, perhaps, that now people prefer to speak not with long-dead relatives, but with the Higher Forces.

According to channeling practitioners, all the prophets and saints were contactees, that the Bible and the Vedas were written precisely through the connection of people with a certain Great Intelligence, which put sacred texts into their heads.

Neuro-linguistic programming

Founder: Richard Bandler, John Grinder

Major books: Joseph O "Connor, John Seymour, An Introduction to Neurolinguistic Programming," Manly Palmer Hall, NLP Training. Increasing the Power of Your Abilities.

Followers: ???

NLP is called success modeling technology. Many people want to reach heights in business or, say, in sports. NLP teaches people to copy the verbal and non-verbal behavior of people who have been successful in a particular area. Thus, adherents of NLP believe, a person adopts part of the success that is inherent in a role model.

As the proponents of the method say, NLP will teach you to communicate more easily with people, allow you to achieve success in your business, solve your problems and, in the end, make you happy. With all this, the authors consider NLP to be a scientific practice.

Here the opinions of Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the authors of the method, disagree with the opinions of many other specialists. Scientists consider neurolinguistic programming to be quackery, the Christian Church condemned it for using people as "stepping stones" on the path to success, and advocates of ethics consider the method to be dangerous at all, since it can be used to manipulate people. For example, lure them into various religious sects.

You can heal your life

Founder: Louise Hay

Major books: Louise Hay Heal Your Life, The Path to a Healthy Life, Heal Yourself, The Power Within Us, and more.

Followers: Louise Hay's books have been translated into 30 languages. Heal Your Life has been reprinted 110 times, with a total of 50,000,000 copies sold.

According to Louise Hay, the cause of all our ailments lies in ourselves. We are not able to let go of grievances, forgive ourselves for some mistakes, and over time it turns into psychological and sometimes physiological diseases. The essence of Louise Hay's method is to forgive and dissolve your grievances. Having healed mentally, you will destroy the source of the disease. According to the author of the books, she first felt the effectiveness of such a method when in 1978 she fought cancer without chemotherapy and the intervention of doctors. However, Louise could not confirm that she was indeed diagnosed with cancer.

Nevertheless, Louise Hay's books are immensely popular both in the United States and in other countries. The Hay Foundation is engaged in charitable activities in many areas, while promoting the ideas of its founder. In 2014, a film based on the book "Heal Your Life" was made, which brought Louise Hay several million dollars in profit.

Don Juan's teachings

Founder: Carlos Castaneda

Major books: Carlos Castaneda's Teachings of Don Juan: The Way of Knowledge of the Yaqui Indians, A Separate Reality, Journey to Ixtlan, Tales of Power, etc.

Followers: ??? Perhaps about 10 million people.

Carlos Castaneda became one of the most mysterious personalities of the 20th century. Castaneda tried to appear less in public, not communicate with the press and forbade himself to photograph. His biography has become the subject of hoaxes.

The teachings of Carlos Castaneda, in fact, are not his teachings. The writer wrote it down from the words of a certain “don Juan,” a magician whom he met in 1960. Castaneda wrote in his books that we do not see the world itself, but only a model of the world created by our perception. The "assemblage point", the place of the human energy body through which the channels of the external world pass, takes part in creating the picture of the world. Since the location of this point can be changed, there are three kinds of attention. To reach the highest, a person needs to achieve perfection, that is, to give up faith in his own immortality, feelings of self-importance and self-pity. The path of a warrior requires detachment, even erasing one's personal history.

Followers of Castaneda practice tensegrity, magical passes that they believe can influence reality. For a long time they were kept in strict secrecy and were passed on only to those who embarked on the path of the shaman.

Castaneda's teachings became very popular in the United States and the world, generating a large number of critics and imitators.

Holotropic Breathwork

Founder: Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof

Major books: Stanislav Grof "Areas of the Human Unconscious", "Man in the Face of Death", "Beyond the Brain", "Furious Search for Oneself", "Holotropic Consciousness", etc.

Followers: ???

Since the 1950s, Stanislav Grof has been researching the psychotherapeutic effect of LSD. When experiments with psychoactive substances began to be banned in the 70s, he developed a technique that produced effects similar to those of LSD. Grof called her Holotropic Breathwork.

Proponents of the method claim that holotropic breathing has an extremely healing effect on people. Music and deep breathing immerse a person in a meditative state for one and a half to two hours. After waking up, the "holonaut" feels relief, since holotropic breathing frees the subconscious mind from accumulated emotions and other psychological "slag".

Moreover, practitioners claim that in the visions that the holonaut sees during the session, one can plunge into the depths of one's own consciousness, communicate with higher forces, see past lives and relive the moment of birth anew.

Despite the fact that Holotropic Breathwork is used as an experiment in some countries to alleviate the suffering of incurable patients, most of the scientific community does not hesitate to criticize the technique. According to them, holotropic breathing leads to a deterioration in the functioning of the brain, since due to hyperventilation, the oxygen level in the blood drops, and brain cells begin to die off. In addition, it is easy to get hooked on the technique, as on the same LSD.

Gestalt

Founder: Frederick Perls, Laura Perls and Paul Goodman

Major books: Frederick Perls "Gestalt Therapy: Excitement and Growth in the Human Personality"

Followers: ???

Translated into Russian "gestalt" means a figure or image. Psychologists, on the other hand, understand "gestalt" as some kind of integral structure. The whole life consists of such gestalts - from the inception of desire to its satisfaction. And until the gestalt is over, it kind of slows down a person, does not allow him to move on. Gestalt therapy helps resolve this inner conflict.

The main goal of gestalt therapy is to restore a person's contact with himself and others, gaining vital energy. Visualization of feelings and bodily manifestations is achieved through a person's imagination. Followers of gestalt work with the feelings and thoughts of a person in the present, but they can use memories for additional effect. The purpose of these sessions is to allow the person to complete the gestalt.

All gestalt therapy is based on experimentation. A person can communicate with an imaginary interlocutor or talk about a real or potential situation. The therapist can intervene in the experiment, direct it. The main thing is that the patient can realize his own problem and accept it.

Ericksonian hypnosis

Founder: Milton Erickson

Followers: ???

It is believed that Ericksonian hypnosis is one of the most effective psychotechnics. With its help, a person concentrates on his inner experiences and gradually falls into a trance, during which breathing and heartbeat slow down. In this state, a person can easily endure a hypnosis session, but most importantly, a person has a choice whether to accept the suggestion or leave it unattended.

Ericksonian hypnosis differs from other techniques also in that it perceives a person's subconsciousness as a source of the body's potential - health, well-being, achievements, successes, victories, joyful and happy moments. All that is required of a person is to release them.

When a person says that he is going crazy, in fact he understands something of his own by this. For example, someone loses their heads from jealousy, and someone calls their fear madness. Neither medications nor attempts to force oneself to think positively help solve this problem. The internal states of a person are controlled by the unconscious, the psyche. If you are driven by the fear of insanity, there is only one way to get rid of it ...

It's hard when life isn't happy. But it's really creepy when the cause of problems is not circumstances or other people, but "what sits in your head", when it seems that you are going crazy.

Thoughts are confused, the world is perceived as an illusion, you hear voices, obsessive delusional or suicidal thoughts arise. Or you are blown up with fear and panic when you cannot just even go out into the street, talk to someone. Why is this happening and what to do about it? ?

All the causes of internal and external troubles are in the human psyche. It is possible to reveal its structure and permanently solve any problem with the help of the training "System-vector psychology".

The fear of insanity as it is

When a person says that he is going crazy, in fact he understands something of his own by this. For example, someone loses their heads from jealousy, and someone calls their fear madness. We will talk about such manifestations a little later. First, about the real, natural fear of insanity. This is the fear of losing control of your own mind. People describe it like this:

“What if the mind itself ceases to obey me? At first there was the fear that I would throw myself out of the window. Now I am afraid that if the mind ceases to obey me, I will do something terrible to my loved ones ... I know that I am not crazy! But what if I will ?! It's like another person in me, poisoning my life, he interferes with my creativity and work. I began to lose weight, my family is worried. All forces are spent on overcoming fear, on trying to cope with it ... "

Such experiences are familiar only to the owners. The sound engineer feels, although he does not realize, that consciousness is his most important instrument, which is like death to lose.

Consciousness as the main instrument of life

The fact is that carriers of the sound vector have a special role in the life of society. They were born to reveal the structure of the universe, the causes of everything. For this, nature gives them a special gift - a unique abstract intelligence. Since childhood, the sound engineer has experienced an inexplicable craving for science, philosophy, theology, psychiatry. Potentially, he is able to make major breakthroughs in various areas of comprehension of the world.

Consciousness is the main instrument of the sound engineer, whose natural role is to work not with his hands, but with his thought. To reveal the physical laws and spiritual reasons for how the universe works. In a word or formula, convey to others the essence of the laws that govern us.

If, having a sound vector, you have sufficiently realized your talents in society, then you will not be disturbed by the fear of losing control over consciousness. It can arise only when a person cannot find his place in the world. Then the sound engineer tries to figure out how people go crazy, looks for alarming symptoms and signs.

The cause of the fear of insanity and how to get rid of it

It happens that the environment in which a person lives greatly traumatizes him. The soundman suffers greatly if you have to live in an atmosphere of screams or scandals, screaming at the full volume of the music. Or listen to swearing and offensive words. From such an impact on his especially sensitive area - the ear - he withdraws into himself, fenced off from the unbearable world outside.

Relationships with others are repulsive. The speech, thoughts and intentions of most people seem ridiculous, down-to-earth to the sound engineer. This means that social realization does not add up. Hidden question "Who am I and why do I live on Earth?"- is not even always realized. There is just a feeling that the most important thing is missing in life. The meaningfulness of what is happening.

The sound engineer loses interest in everything, wants nothing. Depression builds up, the person becomes lethargic and powerless. He tries to escape to sleep (as options - to the Internet, to games) from a dull and gray reality. Later, on the contrary, insomnia occurs. It happens that one's own thoughts are scattered, it is difficult to organize them and somehow express them.

Against the background of severe conditions, involuntary suicidal thoughts may occur, a feeling that a person is going crazy. Loses the ability to manage himself, to control his thoughts and actions. In especially difficult conditions, he may dream of voices: in his own head or outside.

Neither medications nor attempts to force oneself to think positively help solve this problem. The internal states of a person are controlled by the unconscious, the psyche. If you are driven by the fear of insanity, there is only one way to get rid of it. Become aware of the mental processes that affect thoughts and feelings. Understand the nature of your desires and finally realize your talent. This removes the natural auditory fear of insanity.

The training "System-vector psychology" also helps with some psychiatric diagnoses, such as endogenous depression, schizotypal disorder, etc. This is confirmed by the results:

When you go crazy ... from fear

If you consider your fears or panic attacks as signs of mental problems, then nature has endowed you. The owners of such properties do not have the risk of truly losing control over consciousness - that is, going crazy. But emotional disorders can occur, and very serious. The huge emotional range of a visual person is able to swing his anxiety states to a huge amplitude.

It can be an unreasonable fear of the most common actions:

“I feel fear when I go to my page. Because someone can send a message and then it becomes scary for me to read what is written there. Not to mention asking a passer-by for the time. Emotions are often overwhelmed, the state is such that something is trying with all its might to tear me apart from the inside. There were times when something rolled over me, and I just ran down the street with such a speed with which I had never run ... Crossing the road to red and pushing passers-by. "

And sometimes, on the basis of fear, real panic attacks are formed, which do not allow a person to live a normal life at all:

“For a month now I have not lived, but I have been, I started taking medications to stop seizures and anxiety. I can't go outside. Nightmare. I will get dressed, stand at the door and tears of hysteria. I can't even reach a psychologist to ask for advice. I just cry and cry, and the thought that it is time to go to the hospital. "

What if you become hostage to your own fears? Is there a way to get rid of them?

Why fear arises

The problem of fears arises when a huge range of emotions of a visual person is not realized in society, in activities that are useful for everyone. In ancient times, it was the fear of death - the strongest innate emotion in the visual vector - that helped the whole flock to survive. The first to notice the danger, the visual person experienced the strongest fear and an instant "Oh !!!" warned the whole flock of danger.

Today, predators do not threaten us, but the innate mechanism of fear remains the same. Pulse and respiration become more frequent, muscle tone rises - you are ready to flee or, conversely, cannot even lift a finger despite the fact that there are no visible, objective reasons for fear. It is obvious that today such fear not only brings nothing useful to anyone, but also seriously spoils life.

How not to get crazy with fear and panic

The natural fear of death is relieved by focusing on the feelings and emotions of other people. Through empathy. It is the visual person who subtly feels someone's sadness, grief and joy. He can perfectly realize himself in a profession related to communication or helping people. The main thing is to be attentive to the feelings of others, then the fear is converted into a strong love for people, into deep sensual connections with them. And the psychological state is completely improving.

But it happens that a vicious circle of fears comes from childhood. Or arose as a result of psychotraumas. Then the visual person wants and cannot open up with his soul. Afraid of pain, afraid of being ridiculed and just ... afraid. When you are possessed by fear and panic, any exhortations that you need to meet people halfway are meaningless. You simply cannot take a step.

You can get rid of fears and panic forever through understanding your psyche. When every detail of the psyche that rules you is realized, the fear goes away. The ability arises to establish emotional ties with people and maximize their natural talent for sensuality in personal life and in society. This will ensure that fears no longer rule you. This is from people who have undergone training by Yuri Burlan:

How not to go crazy with problems

Modern city dwellers often have a set of 3-4 vectors. Each of them can leave their mark on how a person perceives himself and the world around him. What problems and conditions is he experiencing.

For example, the owners of the sound-visual ligament of vectors can simultaneously have both a sound fear of going crazy and a strong visual fear of death. Then, simultaneously with depression and suicidal thoughts, fear of the dark, visions, visual hallucinations may arise.

“My head often pounded, it was difficult to fall asleep. Insomnia started at the age of 10. From that moment I was afraid that I would commit suicide. Once I went to the cinema. When the film ended, I went out into the street, it was already dark, and there were no lights on. Then something happened to me. I ceased to understand where I was, some strange images appeared from the darkness. There was a feeling of unreality of what was happening "

Each vector has its own unbearable situations that provoke severe stress. And, as a result, negative states appear.

Whatever problem you come across, you will receive a guaranteed solution. You will be able to understand the reasons for any of your difficult conditions and get relief from them.

You can go crazy in 15 minutes

WASHINGTON, October 22. Just 15 minutes of being in sensory deprivation (that is, in the complete absence of external stimuli) is enough for people to start hallucinations. As Lenta.Ru reports, American scientists came to such conclusions based on the results of the experiment.

As part of the study, the experts put 19 volunteers in turn in a dark, soundproofed room. All participants in the experiment were pre-selected, the purpose of which was to analyze the volunteers' tendency to hallucinations. As a result, people were selected the least and most predisposed to such things.

It turned out that 15 minutes is enough for perfectly healthy and not prone to hallucinations people begin to see things that are not in reality. So, from the whole group, five of the participants saw faces, and six - incomprehensible forms. Some participants noted an increased sense of smell, and two felt the presence of "something terrible" in the room.

Scientists believe that the cause of such temporary disorders is the lack of the usual level of information in the human brain. This, for example, is indicated by a heightened sense of smell.

According to scientists, their experience was inspired by the results of the American psychologist John Lilly.

Recall that in 1954, Lilly decided to find out how the human psyche reacts to the shutdown of all senses. Especially for this, he invented the so-called sensory deprivation chamber. This device was a large, soundproofed tank filled with water. During the experiments, for many hours, Lily swam in water with a temperature coinciding with body temperature, in complete darkness and absolute silence.

After some time, the scientist began hallucinations in the cell. From a psychological point of view, these hallucinations were difficult to classify, so the study was stopped due to the lack of scientific results. A few years later, Lilly founded Samadhi Tanks, which began producing sensor deprivation cameras for home use. The scientist died in 2001 in the status of a modern spiritual guru.

Parenting is a complex process. At any stage. It would seem that now he is already five and can finally get enough sleep. But damn it! How can you sleep if all your thoughts are occupied with the fact that he still cannot read! Or: he is already 18, and you are finally one hundred and fifty, and you can relax and read the newspaper. But how can you read it if danger is all around - drugs, alcohol and damn rock and roll! In short, no life.

But the most difficult period of parenting is, of course, the first weeks of a child's life, when you do not know what you are doing, what is happening and why no one has warned about it. At this time, mothers are faced with a huge number of tasks that they have not previously encountered in practice. And even the most courageous women give up slack and at some point realize that they no longer understand anything.

Relatives, advice, self-doubt, and googling only ruin everything because they make you doubt yourself even more. But still, we often add unnecessary problems to ourselves, trying to become ideal mothers - in accordance with our implausible expectations from parenting. Here is a list of what will definitely contribute to the departure of your roof in the first month of motherhood.

Constant comparison of the child with other children or even worse - with tablets

Young parents are obsessed with the norm (why do you think NAN is called that?). It is important for them to know if it is normal that a child at four months weighs half a kilogram less than a three-month-old son of a neighbor? Is it normal that a five-month-old baby does not want to sleep all night long even though the pediatrician said he “should”? Is it normal that at six months he still has no teeth, although your mother says that at this age you already had five?

In general, it is normal for young parents to want to know all this and to keep track of how their child grows and develops. However, the main mistake lies in the fact that they consider themselves to be personally responsible for the biological processes taking place in the child's body and psyche. Throw off this burden! Everything is okay with your baby, even if your distant relatives think that he is too small, thin and not hairy enough.

Removing the father from child care

Yes, some women have such a strong maternal instinct that they cannot even entrust the baby to their own husband for the first few weeks. Okay, we understand you. But can he wash the floor himself? And put the kettle on? And hang out the washed laundry? How about getting a baby bath? Well, at least go and buy you a kilogram of apples or herring, or what do you want now? Let him be a full member of the family. Nothing bad will happen if suddenly you do not iron his socks for tomorrow's important meeting. No one will die from the fact that instead of boiling a five-liter pot of pickle, you chose to sleep with your child.

Resistance to change

Let's say you have already come to terms with the fact that milk is flowing from your chest, you do not get enough sleep, you go for a walk in gray sweatpants, and not your favorite skinnies, and now you can assemble and disassemble a stroller and even carry it to the fifth floor in house without an elevator.

But even recognizing these changes, many continue to resist the fact that transformations have taken place not only in life, but also in the home. Young mothers cannot come to terms with the fact that the apartment is littered with tiny clothes, that now there is a crib instead of a coffee table, that instead of a cool carpet with abstract patterns on the floor there is a developmental rug, which, if anything, develops your paranoia.

So that's it. Humble yourself. You are not alone now. This creature will be with you. It will take up the piece of space that is due to it, even if you, exhausted, will hide his things and toys in the closets and mezzanines every evening. Sooner or later they will overtake you, it is better to acknowledge their existence now in order to unload that part of the brain that is rushing about in horror at the fact that you now have a child.

Excessive severity

Damn, no one argues that having a baby is serious. What a huge responsibility and an incredibly fantastic event. But seriously, you can laugh at children, even at such small ones. This does not mean that someone is making fun of your motherhood, it is simply impossible to relate to life with children without humor, otherwise you can go crazy, yeah.
